How we begin: We open with a one-hour Spiritual Kinesiology session — a powerful, intuitive process that maps out the month ahead with clear, actionable tasks while identifying any underlying barriers that may be blocking your path. You'll leave with a real plan and a clear way forward. You will receive ongoing support for the duration of our time together. From there, we settle into a rhythm that works for you — weekly or fortnightly 30-minute check-ins to keep you accountable, supported, and moving. All ongoing work follows this same gentle, consistent pattern, always at your pace.
